LinkMe is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform available on the Apple App Store for iOS devices, as a web application at getlinkme.io and app.getlinkme.io, and through our marketing website at getlinkme.app. The Service enables users to create and share digital business cards, manage contacts, automate follow-ups, and build professional relationships.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. 4. Pricing and Subscriptions

LinkMe offers a free tier and premium subscription plans. Pricing and features for the Service may vary as we are an early-stage company refining our offerings. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of your User Content but grant LinkMe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content to provide and improve the Service. For users on the free tier, you acknowledge that we may access and use your data to operate the Service, improve our offerings, and for other purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Share or upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to access or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure or security.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkMe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
